You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on view previous orders.
This page will list all of your previous orders along with their current status.
You can also use this area to submit questions about your order. Submitting questions via this means will ensure the quickest response as all of the information about your order will be connected to your inquiry.
Please also note, you will receive emails throughout the entire process, indicating the status of your order. The emails are sent to the email address on your account. If you do not receive the emails, please check any spam or bulk mail folders you may have. Also if you do not receive any emails, it may have been that your email address was entered incorrectly.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP.
You can contact us about the order by logging into your account and clicking on previous orders. On the next screen you will see a list of all of your past orders. Find the order you would like to cancel and click on Post & View Messages and Files. From this area you can contact us about anything regarding your order including submitting a cancellation request.
The ability to cancel is determined by the status of the order.
If the order is very recent, we will be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once the order is processed, there is a $3.00 fee for cancelling the order. Your full payment will be refunded less the cancellation fee.
If your order has shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, you will need to refuse the shipment. If you refuse the shipment, please follow the procedure for requesting an RMA so we are aware of your intentions. Upon our receipt of the refused shipment we will refund your payment less the shipping and handling charges.
We currently only ship to destinations within the U.S.
