All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Planetlava.com warrants it's products to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is for products not covered by a particular product's manufacturer's warranty.
In no way may PlanetLava.com be held liable for misuse of it's products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, shipping or damaged packaging. Our warranty is in no way affiliated with the manufacturers warranty. Planetlava.Com, Lava Lite LLC, and any other manufacturer of the products we carry shall not be held responsible for consequential damages of any amount or nature.
